What kind of wood do you use for your furniture?
We exclusively use sustainably sourced hardwoods, including North American Walnut, White Oak, Maple, and Cherry. Each piece is selected for its grain pattern and structural integrity.
How long does it take to ship my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For custom-made or 'built-to-order' pieces, please allow 6-8 weeks for craftsmanship and curing before the item is dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. Due to the weight and fragile nature of solid wood furniture, we use specialized white-glove carriers for long-distance deliveries.
How should I maintain and clean my wooden furniture?
We recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals; instead, use a slightly damp cloth followed by a dry one. We also suggest applying a high-quality furniture wax once a year.
What is your return policy for custom pieces?
While we offer a 30-day return policy for standard stock items, custom commissions are non-refundable once production begins. However, all pieces are covered by our 5-year structural warranty.
