At Woodworkers, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted furniture or decor doesn't fit your home perfectly, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your item in its original wooden crate or protective cardboard packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
